Terms of Service

TryOnSwap generates images of a garment worn by a model from photos you upload, using third-party AI models. Output is produced automatically and may contain errors or artefacts; it is provided "as is" for your own commercial and personal use, without any guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in advance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@tryonswap.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to collect the sign-up credit bonus more than once is prohibited, and we may remove such credits and close the accounts involved.

Generations are paid for with credits. Credit packs are purchased through Stripe; the price and credit amount shown at checkout are the ones that apply. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire.

Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails for any reason — including rejection by the AI provider's safety systems — the credits for that image are refunded to your balance automatically. Apart from that, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

The credit cost of each model and resolution is shown before you generate. We may change prices for future purchases; changes never affect credits you already hold.

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them to our AI and infrastructure providers solely to provide the Service to you.

We run an automated content safety check on uploaded images and generation instructions before paid work starts. The check uses OpenAI omni-moderation through our server and records the decision, policy version, request and asset hashes, and a minimal audit event. A rejected image is not retained as an appeal copy; you may replace it and try again.

You are responsible for what you upload. In particular you represent and warrant that:

• you own, or have obtained every right and permission needed for, any image you upload — including the consent of any identifiable person whose face, body or likeness appears in it;
• no image you upload depicts, or is used to generate images of, a person under 18 years of age;
• no image you upload or generate is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity;
• you will not use the Service to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone, to create non-consensual intimate imagery, or to infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund. Our AI providers apply their own safety filters; a generation rejected by those filters is refunded but repeated attempts to bypass them are a breach of these Terms.

Subject to these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, you own the images the Service generates for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. Because they are produced by AI from your inputs, we cannot guarantee that generated images are unique or free of third-party claims.

You must not present generated images as unedited photographs where that would be misleading, and you must comply with any disclosure rules that apply to AI-generated imagery in your jurisdiction.

You must not: attempt to access other users' data or accounts; probe, scan or overload the Service; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service; or use automated tools to create accounts or submit generations beyond the limits shown in the product.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard; unused credits are forfeited when you do. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections 4, 5, 7 and 9 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
